Refund policy

At NNADD, every product is made on demand, created specifically for you at the time of purchase. This allows us to operate more sustainably and reduce textile waste. We want you to shop with confidence, so please read our return policy carefully.

🇪🇺 EU Consumer Right of Withdrawal: If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. See Section 1 for full details.


1. EU Right of Withdrawal — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without needing to provide a reason.

How to exercise this right: Contact us within 14 days of delivery at nnaddsupport@gmail.com with:

  1. Your order number
  2. Your intention to return the item
  3. Photos of the product

Return shipping costs: The cost of returning the item is the customer's responsibility, unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Refund timeline: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 calendar days to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item shows signs of use.


2. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will resolve it at no cost to you. This applies to:

  • Damaged or defective product
  • Misprinted item (crooked, faded, or incorrect print)
  • Wrong item received
  • Order lost in transit

Email us at [your support email] within 30 days of the delivery date, with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. We will offer a free reprint or full refund.


3. Returns Outside the EU

For customers outside the European Union, since all our products are made on demand, we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size selection. We strongly recommend checking the size guide on each product page before ordering.

We do, however, fully cover all claims for defective, damaged, or incorrect items (see Section 2 above).


4. Undelivered Orders

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or an unclaimed package, please contact us as soon as possible. We can arrange a reshipment, though additional shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.


5. Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error.
